State mandated regulations now require Food Service facilities in Michigan to provide personnel that can “demonstrate” food safety knowledge. Many local County (Macomb, Oakland, Wayne) Health Departments are requiring this “person in charge” (P.I.C.) to complete an accredited Food Safety Program and earn certification.

This program is available at GOLD STAR PRODUCTS. Convenient ONE DAY CLASS and TESTING is provided at our Education Center located within our Oak Park, MI Sales and Design Facility. Cost of class is $ 175.00 per person.

All classes are held from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (lunch will be provided).
